Coffee Chat – Internalized Ageism

“I’m too old to try something new.” Ever said or thought that? Maybe you’ve looked at your image in the mirror and thought “who is that ugly old person”.
What can we do when these ageist beliefs come out of our minds? Join us to share ideas about what we can do. If we put our heads and experiences together, we can help each other find a way through and create new stories about aging.
