Fairhill Partners is One Social Purpose Campus, with Thousands of Possibilities. The Cleveland, Ohio nonprofit began operations in 1987, growing out of the vision of a small group of organizations with complementary missions of providing direct and ancillary services to older adults, their caregivers, and others who serve them. They determined that like-minded agencies “living” together in a professional community would encourage collaboration and make best use of available resources. Fairhill Partners has a lifelong model for successful aging. Our goal is to help everyone age successfully, with grace, dignity, and joy. Becoming a certified Age Friendly Employer lets those who haven’t heard of Fairhill Partners see that we’ve always been an Age Friendly employer; it’s who we are.

The mission of SRDA is to provide programs and projects that enhance the quality of life for the community of Southern Colorado. SRDA provides over twenty-six programs and services that provide opportunities for intergenerational programs and develops the resources which enable older adults and persons with disabilities to live independently, with the best quality of life. SRDA feels it is imperative that we not only provide programs to better serve older adults, but to also provide work opportunities for older adults that are meaningful and rewarding well into their golden years. An intergenerational work force has been a cornerstone for SRDA in that our older employees help to mentor and support our younger counterparts within the agency with skills and knowledge that they may not otherwise have access to.
